They were polite, accommodating, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Flawless Floors was able to get out all of the stains by meticulously sanding and not settling for less. I received a reasonable estimate to repair (including replacing boards if needed) and refinishing. After several estimates ranging from “we’ll try to get the stains out but we doubt it”, to, “these floors aren’t worth refinishing you should get new flooring”, I was thrilled to find Flawless Floors. We just had our old, stained red oak hardwood floors repaired and refinished. I can’t say enough good things- choose them! We were able to stay in our house and the entire process took 5 days from start to finish. The Flawless guys were fantastic! They arrived on time, were very respectful of our home and the floors are stunning- our home looks amazing! Their pricing was extremely resasonable. They put down 4 samples for us to pick out and told us what to expect on the total appearance, these floors came out so good,way better then we expected,these guys were fantastic,if you have wide pine floors that need to be spruced up to look awesome then this is the company that your looking for, also thanks to Craftman Lumber (mark) for the reference.įantastic Experience!!!!!! Ian and his crew are professional and very reasonably priced. My floors came out gorgeous and I have gotten many compliments on them. Each time they have shown up when expected, cleaned up when they were finished, and the job has always been done on time and at the estimated cost.

Having floors refinished is the ultimate disruption in one’s household, yet they were on time every day, helped move furniture, vacuumed daily, took their shoes off and were friendly company for the duration of the job. The result is gorgeous! But the real benefit of Flawless Floors is their professionalism, helpfulness and punctuality.
